Working With Us
Two ways to work together — each with its own process and timeline.
Product Orders
Order from Our Product Line
Reader rails, pedestals, display cases, outdoor signs, and more. Configure online, checkout, and we build and ship it.
Configure & Order
Use our 3D configurators to choose dimensions, materials, and colors. Checkout online or request a quote.
Submit Graphics
Email your print-ready files. We review and confirm before production.
Production & Delivery
We build your order and ship it to your door.
Typical Timeline
Quickship: ~1 week · Standard: 4–8 weeks · Rush: roughly twice as fast, for a surcharge at checkout — for when your project can't wait
Exhibit Projects
Custom Exhibit Design & Fabrication
Full-service exhibit development — from early concept through installation. We work alongside your team at every stage.
See our process →Typical Timeline
A standard gallery project typically runs 9–12 months from kickoff to installation. Smaller traveling pieces move faster; content-heavy projects can run longer. (Fundraising pauses not included.)
For facilities & docents
Care & Cleaning

Timeline Tips
Reach out early — ideally 4–6 weeks before your grant deadline. This gives us time to develop accurate estimates and any supporting materials you need.
We understand that grant timelines are often uncertain. We're happy to provide estimates even if funding isn't confirmed yet, and we'll hold pricing for a reasonable period.
