Ordering & Billing

Can we pay by purchase order instead of a credit card?
Yes. Use the "Request a Quote" option at checkout to receive a formal PDF quote you can submit through your procurement system. We work with museums, government agencies, universities, and nonprofits nationwide.
Are you set up for tax-exempt orders?
Yes. Check the sales tax-exempt box at checkout and email a copy of your exemption certificate to info@uplandexhibits.com — we'll apply the exemption to your order.
What are your payment terms?
Online orders are paid in full at checkout. Organizations ordering by purchase order are invoiced when the order ships, net 30 — request a formal quote and we'll set it up.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Everything we build is made to order, so orders can't be returned or canceled once production begins. If something arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 30 days of shipment and we'll repair it, replace it, or refund the affected piece — full details in our Terms of Sale.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every piece is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship. Notify us within 30 days of shipment with the particulars and we'll repair, replace, or refund the defective piece. The warranty doesn't cover damage from improper installation, modification, or misuse — full terms in our Terms of Sale.
Can I use my own FedEx or UPS shipping account?
Generally, no. Most of our products ship by freight rather than ground, which makes customer carrier accounts hard to coordinate. We handle shipping ourselves to keep things simple on both ends.
Can you hit a specific install or event deadline?
Select the rush order option at checkout to get your order roughly twice as fast. When lead times are extended, rush isn't available so we can keep existing orders on schedule.
