Bidding on a solicitation?
If a government bid calls for Upland products, here's how we work with bidders.
- Send us the solicitation
- We quote solicitations directly. Email the statement of work, specs and line items to info@uplandexhibits.com. Everyone bidding the same solicitation gets the same quote package and the same pricing.
- The quote
- A formal PDF quote, with pricing good for the period shown on your quote. If an amendment changes the specs, send us the amendment and we'll revise the quote.
- Payment terms
- Purchase orders are welcome. The order is invoiced when it ships, and payment is due net 30 from the invoice date, subject to credit approval. Our Terms of Sale govern every order, including the warranty.
- Made in the USA
- Everything is built in our shop in Newton, Kansas. More on where it's made.
- What it's made of
- Our wood construction is Baltic birch plywood. No MDF.
- Lead time
- Each product page shows its current lead time. It moves with our workload, so check the page when you bid.
- Delivery
- Orders ship by freight. For a large order we may quote delivery and assembly by our own crew.
