Print Your Own Graphics

The Ridgeline's 1/8" low-glare acrylic cover makes it easy to swap graphics in-house — just print, slide in, and you're done.

Plain paper

Standard 24–32 lb bond paper works great and can be printed on any office printer or copier. The plywood backer and acrylic hold it flat.

Easiest to get started

Card stock

80–110 lb cover stock is a step up from plain paper — stiffer and more durable, but still easy to print on a standard laser or inkjet printer.

More durable

Matte photo paper

A good choice for image-heavy panels. The matte finish pairs well with the low-glare acrylic to keep reflections to a minimum.

Best for photos

.020" white polystyrene

A thin, rigid plastic sheet that holds its shape well in larger panels. Ideal when you want something more substantial than paper — print shops and sign shops can print directly on it.

// Common Questions

Frequently Asked

How is the graphic installed under the acrylic cover?
Slide the printed graphic between the plywood backer and the low-glare acrylic cover. No adhesive — swap content whenever you need to by removing the top rail.
What powder-coat colors are available?
Pick any color from prismaticpowders.com. Let us know what you're thinking when you order and we'll finish the rail in that color.
Can two Ridgeline rails sit flush back-to-back?
Yes. The tops of the rails meet cleanly, so you can place two rails back-to-back easily.
