Cleaning Tung-Oiled Wood
Hardwood pieces hand-finished in clear tung oil are very easy to maintain — the oil hardens the wood fibers from the inside, so there's no film finish to baby.
Process
Light cleaning: a dry cloth
A dry microfiber cloth or lint-free rag is all routine dusting needs.
Deeper cleaning: mild soap and water
Use mild soap diluted in warm water. Wring the cloth barely damp, wipe with the grain, and dry as you go.
